Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has achieved remarkable success with their latest project launch, Godrej Zenith, in Gurugram, Haryana. In just three days, the company sold over 1,050 homes, exceeding a value of Rs 3,000 crore. This marks not only their biggest launch ever but also the second time in Gurugram and the fourth pan-India that GPL has surpassed Rs 2,000 crore in sales during a project launch within the current fiscal year (FY24).
Capitalizing on this momentum, Godrej Properties plans to further solidify their presence in Gurugram with upcoming projects in Sectors 103, 43, and 54.

This sales feat comes on the heels of another successful project - Godrej Reserve in Kandivali, Mumbai. During Q4 FY24, the company sold inventory worth Rs 2,690 crore in this project.
Driven by a robust pipeline and a consolidating real estate market nationwide, Godrej Properties is confident of exceeding their business development target of Rs 15,000 crore for the current financial year. The company recently achieved its highest ever quarterly sales for the second consecutive quarter in the December quarter, recording a total booking value of Rs 5,720 crore and selling 4.34 million sq ft of area. Additionally, their consolidated net profit witnessed a 6% year-on-year growth to Rs 62 crore in the December quarter, with total income for the period surging by 43% to Rs 524 crore.
